The value select from drop down list and another value input textbox the output automatically multyply and show textbox2

Hi, Try like

In DropDownList_SelectedIndexChanged event get the selected value like

protected void DropDownList1_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{

int selectVal= Convert.ToDouble(DropDownList1.SelectedItem.Value);
int textbox1_val=Convert.ToDouble( TextBox1.Text ); //then get textbox 1 value like below

TextBox2.Text = selectVal * textbox1_val //Assign the value textbox 2

}

double result=Convert.ToDouble(TextBox1.Text)*Convert.ToDouble(DropDownList.Text);
TextBox2.Text=result.ToString();
