I have create a template in send grid .how to send email with this template .Because now we have send email with custom email code send

As you said, you have created the Send Grid template, so now will have a Template Id.
Now, follow below code
var sendGridClient = new SendGridClient("MY_API_KEY");

            var sendGridMessage = new SendGridMessage();
            sendGridMessage.SetFrom("[email protected]", "Admin");
            sendGridMessage.AddTo("[email protected]", "user Name");
            sendGridMessage.SetTemplateId("MY_TEMPLATE_ID");
            sendGridMessage.SetTemplateData(new HelloEmail
            {
                Name = "Sachin",
                Url = "https://www.sharpencode.com"
            });

            var response = sendGridClient.SendEmailAsync(sendGridMessage).Result;
            if (response.StatusCode == System.Net.HttpStatusCode.Accepted)
            {
                Console.WriteLine("Email sent");
            }
        }

        private class HelloEmail
        {
            [JsonProperty("name")]
            public string Name { get; set; }

            [JsonProperty("url")]
            public string Url { get; set; }
      // other properties that you want

the above link will help you how to create a template and send mail using template id.

Add your mail content to the template and use variables to fill the places for eg: Firstname

you can pass these variable values dynamically during runtime.
