Sending emails

Question

i am creating a site that the user enters data via txtboxes and ddl, when they submit the data i want the results to be posted to an email address in the way of a webform that i have designed. I am using visual studio.net and am programming in c#. Is this possible or do i have to concatenate my results in the mail.body. p.s. be gentle with me, i am new to progrmming
