Server Side Language Translation Softwares

Question

I want some Server-side software for translating languages. I tried SYSTRAN software that translate languages from Arabic to English for which no demo /trial version is available.But I need a software with demo or trial version types to check the translation. Also the tool must be certified one and if any dll option to incorporate to the application.  The application is developed in c#.
