Service missing in sharepoint 2016

Question

The below service is missing both in application and wfe server I have checked from central admin: "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application" I need to stop Provisioning the creation of web application in application server. How can I do???? Any help please...

if these services are not running on Application and WFE then no web application will provision on those server. But if this services is not running on the WFE then SharePoint will nto work for the end users. From central admin > System settings > Server in the farm ( look for the service, in which server it is running) From central admin > System settings > Manager services on server....from here select the server (from top down drop) where you want to start this service and start it.

can you share the Screen shot of this page (central admin > System settings > Server in the farm) as well as central admin > System settings > Manager services on serve ( make sure you select each server one by one and take the screen shot)

Thanks for your reply... If go to the below navigation I can see the said service running on both app and wfe server.... From central admin > System settings > Server in the farm ( look for the service, in which server it is running) But if I go to the below navigation I don't see the said service under any server...can u please help me to understand what could be the reason??? As an alternate I am planning to stop this service in app server using powershell. From central admin > System settings > Manager services on server....from here select the server (from top down drop) where you want to start this service and start it.

This service does not display in manage service in the server page... However if we run the power shell get-spserviceinstance this gets displayed.... and we can see this service if we navigate to manage servers in the farm page.

In Central admin, go to Services on Server and turn on the service for wfe server.

Request forum help with respect to this "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application" service I have stopped this service in app server using powershell command but it gets started automatically if I restart the server.... so how to control this or this is a default behavior of sharepoint 2016????
