Session in mvc5

Hi Alenna, Plz share code where you are posting your information to server and action code. That will help us in troubleshooting.

For example,consider add to cart.when a user add item to cart I'm storing cart id into.session inside controller action.when the user adds item to cart for next time,I have tried to access the cart I'd from session.but session is empty.If I'm reading the cartid at the end of the same action ,I get the Id.that means ,session clears during postback. I have set session state in web config.and also done all other setting in webconfig.I'm working with mvc5,and vs 2017.
