SharePoint 2013 REST services: How to apply multiple filters on Get List Item Query.

I have list i need to get the last item added in that list using created date, can anyone please help me out how to get it done.

Hi rajKiran, its displaying single created date, but its not displaying the row created date, its dispalying some other date.
