Option A: This is very cost-effective and easy option but for this, you need have on-premise SharePoint environment and you can sync your site using share-gate for automatic sync needs to setup windows schedule using Share-gate power shell script.
Option B: You can use AvePoint native SharePoint online backup restore, but this is expensive and required extra Hardware as well but provide full support for backup and restore.
