Also, most developers are smart of enough to see through fluff. Most developers would assume you wrote it; if you did, developers are more likely to consider using it if you were honest about having wrote it. The fact that this is the only post you have made in these forums makes the post suspicious. It is okay to use this web site to offer software that you have written and most everyone here is supportive of that but you will be more successful if you were honest.
