some about ASP.NET MVC Web app !

Hi I'm new in MVC and I need to learn more about how to change the view of the page in MVC ?
I found some bootstrap theme here and one admin dashboard here .
but I don't know how can use them in MVC web app ?
Help me by some documentation and web tut about how to use bootstrap theme and how to use bootstrap admin dashboard in mvc ?
2-does the MVC have own admin dashboard like as Wordpress ? so where is the address ? In wordpress after installation enter http:wordpress/wp-admin and we go to admin dashboard - so how we can go to mvc admin dashboard ? please help me more about it ? Great thanks
