Spawning a New Form

Question

Good Day, I was wondering if someone can put me on the right track. I have a Form with a menu on it consisting of multiple buttons. I would to know how to bring up a new form when someone presses a button. I have been searching the net for examples, but most seem to be one form applications. Any help will be welcome. Thank You, G
