sql server store procedure issue

hello,

i am trying to insert the data by using store procedure, where i am gettng error that is cann't convert varchar to int in ExecuteNonquery.

and also i am trying to execute store procedure where the query executed succesfully but the row of data is not inserted.

anybody please help me out and also help me that why the problem araises
