can any one tell how to create a stored procedure for join tables to insert and update records iin the tables

You don't need join to insert and update table unnecessarily
do it like below
CREATE procedure [dbo].[SpgetVehicle]

@Id int=null ,
@Name varchar(50)=null ,
@ChasisNo int=null ,
@ownerId int =null ,
@Type varchar(50)
as begin
if(@Type='Select')
begin
select * from Vehicle
end

if(@Type='Insert')
  begin
insert into Vehicle values (@Name,@ChasisNo,@ownerId)
insert into otherTable values( their values)
end

if(@Type='Update')
begin
Update Vehicle set Name=@Name,ChasisNo=@ChasisNo,OwnerId=@ownerId where Id=@Id

similarly for other table
end


end
