SQL Server with offline web application

Dear Sir, I have already install , i want ask that is it possible that we can store offline website data into SQL server . We have a web application. but my client want to work in offline environment .after that if the system connect with internet Synchronized both live or local server. if you have any demo please help me Thanks in advance
