Please try not to take it as an offence, but you almost certainly need to improve your English language.

It is entirely up-to you. If you do not wish to learn languages like C#, Java, etc. master SQL Server and all associated technologies, including but not limited to, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure SQL Databases, AlwaysOn availability group and as much of as possible DBA level knowledge + PowetShell scripting, etc.
