Before you can start programming with .net on sharepouint, it is recommended to understand what sharepoint is, the architecture etc. A good point of start is free resources from sharepoint official site - http://sharepoint.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/Pages/IT-Pro-Training-Guide.aspx
