Stress Check Management Application

I would like to develop an application on stress check application. Its an application that would help reduce stress in a work place. Would like to use asp.net c# to develop the supposed project. Don't have an idea so would really appreciate any ideas. Would like to use asp.net c# to develop the supposed project.
