send data (string) trough ajax Calls to controller method

Question

I got String data farmat as like in controller action mathod   string :

"SPECIFICATIONS:- ------------------ RATED CURRENT : 160 AMPS, RATED VOLTAGE : 500 VAC SIZE : 1 TYPE : VSF ( DIN TYPE ) MAKE : GE / SIEMENS"

 

 

but I need Data format as like in Picture Plz help me any Idea about String data ...Format
