I don't know whether it's relevant but you may not be registered as an author because you don't have the author symbol under your user name like Mahesh and I do.

Mahesh has explained it but another way of saying it is that the web site currently has two sets of memberships. The registration for the forums is separate from the registration for authors. As Mahesh says, it will not be a problem when the new software is released.

Yes go to home page, click on My Account and Edit and then join as an Author. I know its a bad flow but we are working on it. New version will be much simpler.

You could try editing your profile (though from C# Corner Home rather than from the forums) to see if there's a setting on there.

Otherwise, wait for Mahesh to reply.

I just tried it from Google Chrome but couldn't reproduce the problem.

Hmm .. I just sent it to support. I do not see this problem. Anybody having same problem?
