How to solve this problem Error... plz hlep me.

It sounds like you may be trying to run a WF application which uses charting on a machine whose .NET framework version is 3.5 or earlier.

If that's the case you'll need to install .NET 4.0 (or later) on the client machine as this is the earliest version which supports charting.

Add reference to the System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization in the Project file.
