how to make window application using Tab Control in C# And link one tab page to Another.

After click on button just change the tab.
tabControl1.SelectedTab = MyTab;

Just increment the SelectedIndex property of the tab control. This will show the next tab control.
You have to be careful about the value, it should not be of the tab which doesn't exist.

But i want to show second tabpage like student click on showing popup

Basically, just put the control on the form, add tabs as required, add controls on each tabs as desired.
On the same form, below the tab control put buttons put buttons like "Previous", "Next", etc.
On the click of these buttons change the CurrentTab of the tab controls.
This typically gives a wizard like experience to the user. For example, set-up wizard.
