TFS, Source Control Issue

It is problem with binding and mapping path to local system. Just try around mapping proper path.

I tried unbinding. Still it fails to load few projects.

Please find below link which will help you, I think your mapping to TFS is not proper once unbind and bind again then clean the build solution.
