I currently got hired on as an Applications Developer and am truely "green" to development. I am curretly coding C# with VisualStudios 2008 with. I went through college but am finding it hard to translate to real world applications. Any of you have tips finding answers though search engines? Or books I should be reading up on? - Thanks

Yes there are so many Tutorials as "RJ" suggested.
But if you want to be a champ, then Master in OOPS is a must do.
OOPS is the basic..
So 1st go-through that.. Then you can understand each and every concept.
