HI i have created a simple application form using text boxes and lables.And i want to make it has foreg:

IN gender column i have to give a drop down and insert only male and female.and in dob column i have to insert date controls.

GENDER:male and female..

date of birth: date controls to select...

Hi Vishwa,

Add runat="server" in Dateinput it looks like

<DateInput runat="server" DateFormat="dd/MM/yyyy">

Hi,
When you enter a date using jquery in textbox that date value format look like mm/dd/yyy format.so that value passed into codebehind it convert into dd/mm/yyyy with the help of DateTime.ParseExact and culture info..
//the text box value changed into this format "dd/MM/yyyy"
DateTime date = DateTime.ParseExact("textbox date", "dd/MM/yyyy", CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
