Hi,

Who can tell me how to get the total seconds from the "start" to now?
I also don't know what is "start"!!!

Accepted answer
The Stopwatch class may be suitable here. The basic code to use it is as follows:

using System.Diagnostics;

// ....

// declare Stopwatch at class level so available to all methods in class

private Stopwatch sw;

// start the stopwatch in some method

sw = Stopwatch.StartNew();

// measure the elapsed time in some other method

long seconds = sw.ElapsedMilliseconds/ 1000;

// optionally stop the Stopwwatch

sw.Stop();
