UI change using c#

Thank you for your reply.It Gives some idea but my actual need is, let us assume i have two div tags in my page and both of them contains different controls in them. In first div tag I have login button and in second div tag I have label which shows the user name same as c-sharpcorner site.so how to switch between these two depends up on the cookies that are present in the browser .Both of them should be at the same place depends on cookies presence they have to replace the position.
