Unable to fire event from radiobuttonlist

hello friends,
i m trying an online examination project. i had created a button array and when clicked to particular  button it should display the question of particular id with its options. It displays all this things but when i select one of the option which is displayed through radiobuttonlist the page gets redirect and even error is not generated. plz help me.Thanks in advance.
