Unable to open tortoisehg workbench

Question

I download tortoisehg 4.4.1-x64 in Windows 7, but I am unable to open its workbench. When I try open tortoisehg, I get alert See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\thgw.exe.log' for details.
