Unable to use Microsoft.office.Interop.excel on live server

unable to edit update of existing excel file on live server via using Microsft.Office.Interop.Excel dll.

its working absolutely fine on my local system. but same thing is not working on server due to COM factory CLSID etc showing error.

Please Help me
