Using LINQPad write a short program Trying to Do this

Excludes rows with a "TestA" value of "All Pass".

 

Calculates the average of "TestF" grouped by TestC,  Year with a descending sort.

 

Bonus points for async downloading of the data set from the provided endpoint.

 

Print final grouped and sorted results.
