using two loaded file into the function

i am using 2 button click event to load file. now i need to use those files into a function and display the return output in the richtextbox, can anyone tell me method to do this task.

Instead of StreamReader, you can use File.ReadAllText(path) and for return type of the function, you can make its return type to string instead of void. Is the programming language c++, unfortunately I am not proficient in it.

i finally found a way to read two files and put into the function

if (openFileDialog1->ShowDialog() == System::Windows::Forms::DialogResult::OK)//to open a dialog box
{
srMQB = gcnew StreamReader(openFileDialog1->FileName);//read the file
xm = Convert::ToString(srMQB);
MQB = msclr::interop::marshal_as(xm);
}
OpenFileDialog^ openFileDialog2 = gcnew OpenFileDialog;
if (openFileDialog2->ShowDialog() == System::Windows::Forms::DialogResult::OK)//to open a dialog box

Sorry, I couldn't able to understand your question. Are you asking to read files through openfiledialog and show the output to richtextbox? Please elaborate your question properly

sure but i need to convert from string to streamstring, because in the function it accept file in string but while reading through button click event i use streamreader, can you tell me the method to convert
