Value from Gridview

Hi frnds,
I have a Web form in which there is a Gridview. on that Gridview data Populates when the Page loads.
when i select a particular row from Gridview i want to know the selected value of that row which is the primary key
example :Customer Id (LGR00001)
.how to get that value on selecting particular row from gridview.
