Visual C# 2008 Step By Step CD

I picked up the Visual C# 2008 Step By Step book , because it talked about Web Services. I jumped to the last chapter, and wanted to follow along, but my lessons had the completed exercises. This is making it hard to figure out what I need to do. I know I need to read the first part, as I have had to skim through some things. But the disk is supposed to have non-completed examples, so I am having a hard time, because the changes they want me to make have already been done.

how to upload?? use any image burning s/w like alcohol or ultraiso.
create image of your CD and upload the image on internet...Simple!!
