I am currently reorganizing a project of hundreds of ressources , gifs, classes and controls. Since i find it time consuming to manually update the references or the ressources location in each file, i was wondering if there is any way of letting VS2008 update automatically references, namespaces and images paths?

I am working with one project within one solution. The folder structure and some file location doesn't please me. My intentions are to move these files from one folder to another. This breaks all the reference in the dependent code and makes it time consuming to manually update links, source path etc... Thus if there is a way that VS2008 updates directly these information when moving the content from one folder to another, I would be more than happy.

If you reference another project in a VS project, when other project is updated, VS automatically update the reference.
Are you adding more files to the folders?
