VS 2008 Error message

hi everybody

i am using a
VS 2008 Pro
under XP SP3
Recently i had to change the Ram
But when i tried to use my computer again
i have created a webform
when i try to compile this is the message i am having
The following file is missing

C\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.5\vbc.exe

how to correct it?
do i need to remove VS 2008 completely?
Any help will be appreciate

The ram is not pointing at itself. Please check the jumper in the metal machine box. Please replace screws.
