WCF Service not working Properly

My WCF service is show correct time in local host but when i am hosting service to NTP server it show wrong time getting utc server time.

In cs file

ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["Addhours"].ToString()

You should add time different in web config file other wise it will show server time. Based on server time you add time for get Indian time.
