While loop executes until the condition turns to false, that is first the condition is checked and if it is true then body is executed and same continues, but where as in for loop first the variable is intialized if it is declared and the codition is evaluated and then body of loop finally increment/decrement of variable happens and same continues.
If you the number of iteration for loop will be apt and if you dont know number of iterations, but you need a loop until the condition is false then while will be apt

In for loop steps are:-
1)Initialization, 2)Condition, 3)Increment/decrement.
i.e. for(i=1;i<10;i++)

In while loop normally we initialise variable before checking Condition and in side loop we perform increment/decrement.

For loops are appropriate loops when you know exactly how many times iteration you wants in statements within the loop. For loop iterates a statement or a block of statements repeatedly until a specified expression evaluates to false. Syntax: for (; Boolean-expression;) ….Statement } For Example: for(int I =0; I <= 20; I++) if(I%2 == 0) Console.WriteLine(“Print Even Numbers 0}”,I); } } While loop :- A while loop statement in C# repeatedly executes a target statement as long as a given condition is true. Syntax The syntax of a while loop in C# is: while(condition) { statement(s); } Here, statement(s) may be a single statement or a block of statements. The condition may be any expression, and true is any non-zero value. The loop iterates while the condition is true.

hi friend,
please check this link step by step difference between for vs while.

(generally)

Use a while loop to run until a condition is met

while(dontQuit)
{
}

Use a for loop to iterate over container of some description

for (int i = 0; i < someAmount; ++i) {
}

Use a do while loop if you want the code to run at least once.
