Where is Basic Page In VS 2019?

I'm just new to coding and I'm using Head First C# as my reference, but it has VS 2012 so, I just followed what the book say's to delete the MainPage.Xaml and create a new one. but the problem is i can't find the Basic Page in my VS2019

I have the same question, except 'deeper' because I don't see the solution option.

I'm also using Head First C#, 3rd edition, chapter 1 exercise.

Since I don't see the suggested option, I either started with the wrong type of project OR I need to have more software installed.

I have Visual Studio Community 2019 with the following parts:
.NET Desktop development
Universal Windows Platform development
Data Storage and Processing

Then I chose: Blank App (Universal Windows ) as the project template.

Do I need more software installed, or to choose a different project type?

Again, I don't see the option for Page (WPF).

Thank you so much, So i think using outdated tutorials is not for total beginner.
I got lost in a simple changes in name.
Would you recommend some book that uses VS2019?

I think your looking for Window(WPF) select it and check
