You can use any programming langauge that .NET supports in order to build ASP.NET MVC application and also you have various languages that you can use for 'V' part (View) as well in MVC.

The ASP.NET MVC is an open source web application framework that implements the model–view–controller (MVC) pattern.
C (/'si?/, as in the letter c) is a general-purpose, imperative computer programming language. It supports structured programming,
Sorry Deepak we have no way to compare these two.

MVC is a pattern which divides your applications responsibilities into three units while C is a programming language.
Now because you are asking on C# Corner I presume it is safe to assume that you are referring to ASP.NET MVC application that is developed with C# language but even then they are still incomparable. If you are thinking about developing a web application then note that C really has no place there.
But if you were to say "Which is best C# or C" now you finally have apples and oranges. They are both general purpose languages, but again they are still incomparable).
C is a procedural or structured language which can be (in the right hands) extremely powerful and efficient.
C# is an object oriented language. It actually also contains some aspects of different language types, like functional languages, but its main semantic features are all object oriented. It is a very elegant language which can enable you to do a lot in less time (extremely less time comparing to C).
Beyond their definitions these two are incomparable, they both have their place (where it is better to develop with one instead of the other.
