Which license do I need to get?

Hi,
I am a web developer. I use ASP.NET 2.0, C# and SQL 2005.
Recently my friend approached me to develop a website for him in .NET.
At present I am working in a company and I don't have a license but the company has
licensed copy of .NET2.0 and SQL 2005.
In order to develop a .NET web site for my fried what all licenses do I need to get?
What is the cheapest option?

I think Express editions are free - ASP.NET Express Edition and SQL Express Edition. So, I think I can use them to develop and then I can host it in a shared windows hosting where I don't have to bother about license.

Why cant you just use your company's software? As long as you are doing in during your free time at work for no profit(not being payed by your friend) then I don't see the harm.
