which programming language is better ?

I recommend C# programming language. C# and .NET Framework makes programming easier no matter if it is Web or Windows. Unless you plan to develop low-level applications (systems), you can do pretty much everything using C#. Now, using C# as a programming language, you will need to use other APIs such as Windows Forms, ASP.NET, WPF, or Silverlight. 

BUT today, If I have to pick a language among all for my development, it would be C#.

Sure, there are advantages and disadvantages for choosing a programming language but as Amit and others said, once you know the logic, switching a language is merely learning different syntax.

Every application is simply form and inside of database. How getting there is all differently. In ending it is all of the same method.

There are very many languages, and even COBOL is still being used. C++ is also used very much. There is also Java and PHP. The Java and C# languages are like C++; many people would consider them to be improvements of C++. PHP is a lot like C. I am not familiar with PHP but I get the impression that it has been made to be more like C++. The VB language has also been made more object-oriented than it was before the .Net version.
 
The best way to get answers to your questions is to look at the help wanted ads or whatever it is that employers use to advertise to hire people. Look to see what employers are asking for the most.

this is not a important that what is the best programming language??? you can choose anyone as you wish(.net ,java or others) but important thing is your's perfection and some one says :practice makes perfect ,so read tutorials, books, implementing new ideas,improve creativity,logical thinking and enjoy programming.........

There is no popular and hot programming language and your requirements. so its better to learn logic and tactics to solve any problem programmatically or creating any system.

Learning language is nothing just knowing the syntax of language. Rest you have left with learning is learning about the language you choose, how much library support it provide.
so it all up to your requirement what you need to implement and create? and what kinda problems will come? these things will let you choose you a language that have the powerful support and library to solve your problem.
