It doesn't matter, it's all about what skill set and responsibilities you have assumed.
Also, be on LInkedIn; that's the way how you get visibility.

It does not matter that much whether you are working Big MNC or StartUp company. It is based on Skillset, Role you are working and as per recruiter requirement.

Still some recruiter likes Big Brand company candidates as compared to start up. If you are working in small company, do not worry. Keep learning, you will get better opportunities.

Upload your resume in naukri, shine, linkedin and update it periodically.

Knowledge is power. Gain it :)

Actually each company have own criteria ,but apply some point to get more interview call.

1:-Create account on naukari.com with 100% accurecy.

2:-Mention technical skill in Title.

3:-Update your resume on every morning 10 am.

4:-Send resume in PDF format

5.mention your technical skill with version and details exp. in resume

5:-create cover page .

etc...
