Probably it helps to say Generative Engine Optimization in the question. Apparently some people think it is short for Geospatial. AI is said to use sycophancy (ask one Does LLMs use sycophancy ), which means they try to please us and they might hallucinate a relationship between Geospatial Search Optimization and Search Engine Optimization, just to make us happy.
