Windows Appication beeing slow when transfer data

Question

(1st problem)

I use a simple login form where login type details comes from database (i.e. Administration, Sub-Admin, User & so on). I used combo box for it.

When i click on drop down button of combo box it takes much more time to expand for showing data from database.

Without database Login successfully done within a second.............. but when i use database in combo box application being slow...

Beside this, I did such a coding for transfer Login Data(e.g. Login as :- Admin) from Login form to Main Parent Form.

One more important thing is : this all happened only at once when i started the application at first time.

After stop debugging and restart the debugging .......... application work better (means combo box)

(2nd problem)

Here is also same problem with crystal Reports.

At the first time it takes too much time to display.... and then all the reports comes fastly

I still, not getting the actual reason for both of.
