Upon the preparations for the Winter Graduation in DUT. Mr. Simelane must identify students that have obtained Cum Laude in the department of ICT. For a student to obtain Cum Laude they must have achieved an average of 75% and above over the last 3 years of studying. Create a class called Cum Laude. The class must have the student’s name, surname and their student number. It must also have a default and loaded constructor. Using property structures display the name, surname and the student number of the student. Calculate the student’s average. If the students has obtained an of 75% and above display “Congratulations you have graduated with Cum Laude “, otherwise display “Congratulations you have graduated”.
