Windows10 of VS2015 error
Error arise while creating a project in VS2015 windows 10 project. Please let me know any solutions?

There is another thread that gives the solution to the similar thing as being a problem with package conflict. Make sure your package targets the correct (and available) packages and not any other, or problematic packages. You can also consider using debugger for this process.
