when you bind data into datagridview you need to get data from sql server right, that get all data including what you need to display in another page, then hold this entire data in model or DataTable or in dataset, after that bind gridview with which all you wanted to display and  primary key (hidden column) , then in row double click event, get only the row based on hidden column. and pass this row data into another page
