WrkTaskIP.aspxplaced in _layouts folder

Can anyone help me in pointing out this. How can we customize a Workflow Task form WrkTaskIP.aspxplaced in _layouts folder in Office 365? I think we can't access _layouts in SharePoint Online(Office 365).
