If you have 2 year experience in a technolgy, you're junior-to-middle developer. You can check such resources as Upwork or Monster to know how much your fellows earn at this point. It's depends on your technical skillls and communication skills some times your good at technical then company will ready to give more ctc

Here much depends upon your your location and your experience. If you are located in the US, then your average salary might be $5500 monthly, if you are in another country, it might be completely different, besides it isn’t even the same within the same city. Not long ago we prepared a small report on What is Net developer salary in Ukraine? (https://mobilunity.com/blog/net-developers-salaries-in-ukraine/) and we showed the difference between some countries. What country are you based in? It is a significant indicator here. Besides your past experience matters really much, I mean your executed projects.

25k To 30k for mnc companies

I will give you a real-life example. A Software Engineer (a star performer) at a MNC with 2 yrs experience applies to another MNC (albeit smaller one). He did well in the interview and was offered 100% hike (double of his last drawn salary). He rejected it and demanded 130% hike. The HRs of the company to which he applied rejected it but the interviewer persuaded his bosses to take this guy in. Finally, this guy was hired at a higher level (so as to fit into the HR policies of the company) and was offered 130% of his last drawn salary.

For all I know, you may be one such performer or atleast you may be on your way to be one. So don't sell yourselves short. Know what you are worth and demand it, even if means waiting a little longer.
