Do not show name of the user who down voted idea

I guess we do not need to show the name of the member who are down voting the ideas on this site. Because if any one is suggesting any idea then he/she is pretty sure that he/she is posting right idea. And someone dislike idea. Then the person who has posted the idea expects the reason why the idea has been down voted. But in most of the case down voter doesn't provide the reason for down voting. And this generate a hidden revenge like situation sometime. So I guess we have to remove the user details from down voting section. We can still show the down vote count. The actual down voted user's should be visible to few users with pre-defined role.
